‘What The Vendor Says’

I have loved living in this flat. I adore its high ceilings and the way it flows. The bathroom is newly fitted so is one of my favourite rooms (the water pressure of the shower is perfect!). The master bedroom is a good size, the built-in wardrobe holds more clothes than I would care to admit. The second bedroom is perfectly comfortable for when friends or family come to stay, but the room I love spending time in the most is the living room. It's large and bright, and flooded with natural light. The sun streams in through the big bay window and it's perfect for entertaining when friends come around. In the summertime, of course, everyone naturally gravitates towards the garden which is seriously low maintenance - and thank goodness because as much as I love the idea of gardening, I never seem to find the time.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and the flat is close to some of the best eating spots in South East London. Babur, Le Querce and Mama Dough are regular favourites and the newly refurbished pub, The Chandos, always attracts a fun crowd. The short walk to Honor Oak station takes you past a Sainsbury's Local, which is handy for picking up groceries. And the station provides convenient access to both overland and overground connections to London Bridge, Shoreditch, Islington, Victoria and Balham. If you're looking for outdoor activities the local parks offer free tennis courts, and it's a 4 mile run from the flat, around Peckham Rye Common, and back. It has been a brilliant home and a big part of me will be sad to say goodbye to it.
