We are constantly updating our database and introducing new applicants looking for property in your local area. We also send a batched email to all applicants looking for properties on a regular basis.
Identity Check List
It is a legal requirement for Estate Agents to obtain the following ID from all vendors and purchasers conducting business through the agency. Please provide 1 item from each list for each client.
- Proof of Address
- Confirmation from electoral role
- Recent utility bill or statement (not mobile phone)
- Local Council Tax bill for current year
- Bank or Building Society statement with current address
- Recent original mortgage statement
- Solicitors letter confirming recent house purchase
- Local council or housing association book or card
- Benefit book or Family Allowance book
- EEA Member state identity card
- Inland Revenue self-assessment statement or tax demand
- Name and address in local or national telephone directory
- Proof of Identity
- Current signed passport or EEA ID Card
- Residence permit issues by the Home Office
- Current UK Driving License
- Firearms or Shotgun certificate
