When we first viewed our flat we fell in love with its spacious living room and the sunlight streaming in through the large bay window. Sure, it needed a little bit of love at the time but after fitting double glazed windows throughout, painting and installing a new boiler we’ve been warm, cosy and happy for the three years we’ve lived here. The living room is definitely our favourite part of the flat but there’s also a separate kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, a decent sized bathroom and absolutely loads of outside space that really has to be seen to be believed!

This is a perfect flat for someone that wants to live in a vibrant area with plenty of green space but still within easy reach of Central London. Brockley station is only 7 minutes’ walk and Nunhead is only 10 minutes away. Brockley’s changed so much even in the short time we’ve been here and it’s only going to get better and better.
