“This lovely sunny apartment was the first place I got to call my own, and it’s been my pride and joy for the last 6 years. Being a corner flat means double feature windows that let in lots of light and offer a cracking view of Canary Wharf and the City. The private balcony is a particular favourite spot of mine; especially for Sunday morning breakfast and some lunchtime sunbathing. And I’ve always loved the open plan kitchen because it has a plenty of work surface for cooking without taking over the living room. I've had super-fast fibre broadband installed (1GB genuine speed) by Hyperoptic, which is great if like me you work from home regularly.

There’s a very active residents community within the apartment block which has led to some great friendships and various get togethers.  In fact, I actually met my other half during a fireworks night party on the 9th floor roof garden! And the 24hour concierge service is fantastic for deliveries, any assistance and security.

The transport connections couldn't be any better; the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Lewisham train and DLR station with great links to loads of London hubs, as well as City Airport & Gatwick, but with surprisingly none of the train noise thanks to being on the 8th floor. They are also bringing the tube (Bakerloo line) to Lewisham in the next few years.  The town centre is very close by too, plus there's an abundance of green space in the surrounding area with Greenwich, Blackheath, Ladywell & Hilly Fields parks right on our doorstop. I have genuinely loved living here and will be sad to leave.  I hope the next owner gets as much out of the apartment as I have.”
