Conran have been letting property in south east London for many years, our colleagues have extensive knowledge of the local market and how to find you the very best tenant for your property

We work in partnership with our landlords and, unlike most other agents, we take our fees monthly throughout the duration of the tenancy. This is one of the reasons why we are quite particular about the quality of the tenant we will introduce.

We have an extensive database of applicants and we will spend hours on the telephone to them, alerting prospective tenants of your property as soon as it becomes available and encouraging them to view.

We’ll work tirelessly to identify the ideal tenant at the best price. Once a suitable tenant has been found, we will then work quickly, obtaining references and dealing with compliance and legislation, to make sure the move-in happens smoothly.

We understand that your requirements as a landlord are as individual as the home you are letting, whether you have one investment property or a large portfolio. Our staff have extensive knowledge of the local market and the type of tenant most frequently drawn to the area. This experience enables us to find the most suitable tenant at the best price.

Once a suitable tenant has been found and you are happy to accept them, we will then work quickly, obtaining references and completing all the paperwork, to make sure the move-in happens smoothly.

Corporate tenants

Our Corporate Lettings and International Relocation team works with a broad range of corporate tenants, handling 200 enquiries a week from professionals in industries ranging from Law, Finance and Trade. As such, we have access to a fantastic pool of reliable tenants. Recent corporate tenancies have included Bloomberg, Deloitte, IBM and Meta.
